Job description

As a Change Management Lead Consultant you will have responsibility for assisting clients to achieve end user adoption of their finance, HR, supply chain and procurement technology and new ways of working.

You will play a leading role in your area of expertise with the aim to successfully deliver and implement projects within the agreed scope to the highest level of quality. You will be leading a team of consultants within a workstream of a large project or delivering the work yourself in smaller engagements.

You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and assigning activities to your project team, as well as engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Job requirements

  • Act as change management workstream lead and ensure project deliverables are executed on time and to budget.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies activities on global and regional projects, and carry out activities such as, but not limited to, change impact analysis, communication strategies and drafting communication materials, learning strategies and creating learning materials.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to support the engagement and workshops with clients.
  • Work effectively with senior stakeholders and project team.
  • Maintain and develop a broad knowledge of finance, HR, supply chain and procurement partner technology solutions and process.
  • Work with the wider project team to solve clients’ business requirements through the blending of people, process and technology.
  • Direct and assign project tasks to team members and provide ongoing support through coaching and mentoring.
  • Support the sales team with pre-sales activities including demos, RFP responses and discovery workshops.
  • Advise our clients on change management best practices.
  • Support work in other excelerateds2p Customer Success Teams (CSTs) as part of client project delivery as required.
  • Work as part of the Global Change Management CST on internal activities such as sharing best practice, the development of new ideas, and continuous improvement of how we work today.
