Job description

You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful implementation, adoption and utilization of eSourcing solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their sourcing needs, driving the adoption of best practices, and ensuring the seamless implementation and optimization of sourcing tools and processes.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sourcing solution adoption.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their sourcing needs and challenges.
    • Ability to influence and advice customer on the use of a eSourcing solution
    • Provide expert advice on best practices in sourcing and procurement.
    • Lead the implementation and adoption of sourcing tools and solutions.
    • Develop and execute adoption strategies to increase utilization of sourcing solutions.
    • Ensure clients are fully trained on sourcing tools and processes.
    • Provide Event Support services (support, coaching) for RFI, RFP, RFQ and eAuction
    • Roll Out Sourcing Desk capabilities within a customer organisation
    • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation.
    • Conduct workshops and webinars to educate clients on new features and updates.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sourcing solution adoption and usage.
    • Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders on the progress and impact of adoption initiatives.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving sourcing solutions and client satisfaction.


Job requirements

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working a sourcing, procurement or working as part of a Sourcing Desk
    • Experience as a Sourcing Manager or a Procurement specialist will be valued
    • Experience in a client-facing role.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing and driving adoption of sourcing solutions.
    • PreSales experience will be valued
    • Experience in implementing strategic Sourcing solutions will be valued
    • Experience in Logistics, Transport and Waste Management industries will be valued
    • Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices.
    • Strong knowledge of Sourcing Events and eAuctions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in sourcing tools and software. (example: Keelvar, SAP Ariba Sourcing)
    • Proficiency in using MS Office suite
    • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
    • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
